Procedures & Regulations (Brief)
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes for your pre-booked slot.
Please allow our staff the initial 20-minutes to clean the balcony area between parties.
Arrange for all pick-ups to be on time.
No food or drink on the Astroturf.
Children are to be supervised at all times. For safety reasons you do not have permission to pass the dividing net onto the Astro-gym
If your party uses the balcony area please be mindful of how it is left afterwards.
