Yes, we do have free trials, you can sign up for your free trial here. Before you sign up for the free trial you’re more than welcome to come to visit FIT 100. Most people visit and get a feel for the environment before they sign up.

Once you’re happy to sign up select the membership that suits you best above. If your membership includes an assessment make sure you book it at reception. If you need to speak with someone about what membership suits you best you can contact us or pop into the gym for a chat.

We have a variety of memberships ranging from 1 to 12 months. We reward loyalty and offer discounts on longer term memberships. Memberships are paid in full on signup and our 1 month memberships are via direct debit. You can change from one membership to another at any time.

We actually don’t offer any discounts. Our prices are as low as we can get them. We prefer to reward our loyal members by offering discounts on longer term memberships. We always want to be fair to all of our members across the board, and to offer some discounts and not others would be unfair. This also means that there would never be an instance where someone who signed up after you would get a lower membership rate.

Yes, in fact, we encourage people to train at a time that suits them best. You can follow the programme we give you or do your own thing any time during opening hours. There is always plenty of room for both classes and open training.

No, there is no limit at all! Some of our members do 2 or even 3 classes a day!

A full assessment includes a series of tests listed below and a resulting report with recommendations. It usually lasts 40-60 minutes and it takes a few days to put together your report.

A thorough analysis of your goals and habits, and a subsequent report and recommendations (i.e for fat loss, muscle gain, sports performance, healthy living, improved flexibility, etc.).

A thorough analysis of your body composition, and a subsequent report with recommendations (height, weight, girth tape measurements, skin-fold calipers measurements and resulting body-fat percentage, lean body mass, hip to waist ratio, fat loss targets, muscle gain targets and more).

A thorough analysis of how well you move, how flexible you are and how stable you are, and a subsequent report with recommendations (Functional Screening, joint mobility analysis, hip, shoulder and core strength analysis, postural analysis, stability analysis and more).

A thorough analysis of your diet, and a subsequent report with recommendations (dietary habits, kitchen setup, etc.).

A thorough analysis of how well your body is recovering, and a subsequent report and recommendations (blood pressure, perceived stress, sleep analysis, etc.).

Typically we follow up with a full body composition assessment (as outlined above) and a subsequent comparison report between your first assessment and follow up. If you were targeting other aspects, post your initial full assessment, they can also be reassessed in your follow up.

The follow up assessment usually last 10-15 mins and the report takes a few days to put together. 

Based on your assessment we give you a programme which you will find on our app. This programme is based on your goals, preferences, abilities and limitations. It will target your weak areas and make sure that your training has a purpose. We deliver our gym programmes via our app. The app allows you to; track all of your workouts; track your progress; see your goals; see videos of each exercise; see our gym leader-boards and more.
